A hundred thousand welcomes
Welcome to all our visitors and competitors from both near and afar, to another great day out at our games on Saturday 1st June 2013. We are planning to give our visitors and their families a fun day out, and also our aim is to keep this as affordable as possible and still give great entertainment. There are British and Scottish Championships in both the heavyweight and athletic events, and tossing the caber always a favourite with our visitors, we have pipe bands and the great Clann an-Drumma tribal group. Highland Dancing and lots of childrens entertainment besides over 40 trade and food stalls and beer garden.
The Helensburgh and Lomond area offers a multitude of things to do and see. We have the Argyll Forest and Loch Lomond National Park, with their many lochs and mountains. Why not try a walking holiday, superb scenery and lovely clean crisp fresh air what more could you want.

Our area for accommodation has many fine hotels, bed & breakfast and caravan sites (www.lussestates.co.uk), with prices to suit all budgets. We also boast of our exceptional restaurants like the famous local “The Buffet Shop” situated at Colquhoun Square Helensburgh.
Why not start your journey to our highland games with a visit to Auchentoshan Distillery, part of the world famous Morrison Bowmore Distillers. A wee tour with a dram of “uisge beatha” - ”the water of life” at the end to get you in the spirit for the Games.
We hope to see you all at Helensburgh for our Highland Games on Saturday 1st June!
We hope you all will have a fantastic day with us
